eReaders Galore

There’s been a lot of new vocabulary introduced to the world. A few years ago, who knew what a Kindle or a Nook was? Who would have guessed that you would be reading a book in electronic form? Now there are so many eReaders it is hard to know the difference or which you want. Or if you even want one at all.
First there was the Kindle put out by Amazon. The Kindle has many different versions out by now and there are multiple screen sizes to accommodate different eyes sites. It can hold up to 1500 books and has the options for many different free downloads of classic books. The Kindle has a web browser that allows you to buy books immediately and an external, full QWERTY keyboard.
The Nook, put out by Barnes and Noble, is another option for e-readers. It comes in a paper screen like the Kindle, but you can also get it with a color screen. The only drawback to this one is the back lit, color screen has said to be hard to read after a while. Nook customers can share books with anyone else who has a Nook and has the ability to connect to the radio and uses WiFi. The Nook also has a port where you can insert additional memory. It will hold up to 1500 books like the Kindle but since it will download ePub open format eBooks which take up more space than a regular download.
The Sony eReader will also allow for external memory to be inserted and it is a touch screen when compared to the Kindle and the Nook, they are not. The eReader also AT&T 3G but it does not have WiFi. You get content from Google books, most public libraries and from the Sony eBook Store. It also has multiple sized screens.
There are many things to consider when buying an eReader. Good luck shopping and happy reading.
